“以人为本”教育理念下大学新生入学教育模式优化途径初探——以成都学院医学院为例

坚持"以人为本"教育理念,是高校思想政治教育的重要原则,也是新时代对高校思想政治教育的必然要求。而大学新生入学教育作为新生接受高等教育的开端,对新生的成长成才起着关键的指引作用,是高校人才培养的重要环节。文章将"以人为本"教育理念融入到大学新生入学教育中,通过对医学院新生入学教育现状、存在的问题、优化的途径进行分析,探索在"以人为本"教育理念下如何构建更加具有针对性和可行性的大学新生入学教育模式。

Adhering to the educational concept of ＂people-oriented＂ is an important principle and an inevitable requirement ofideological and political education universities in the new era. The entrance education for freshmen, as the beginning of higher education for freshmen, playsa key role for freshmen in their growth and development. Also, it is an important part in talent training inuniversities. The educational concept of ＂people-oriented＂ is integrated into the entrance education of freshmen. This paper analyzesstatus quo, existing problems and optimization approaches of freshmen＇s entrance education in medical school, exploring how to builda more targeted and feasible education model of freshmen＇s entrance education under the educational concept of ＂people-oriented＂.
