摘要
基于"USS三位一体人才培养模式",以地方基础教育师资需求为导向,选取地方高师院校的部分实习生、高校指导教师、实习基地指导教师为调查研究对象,构建以校外指导老师、校内指导老师、实习生小组成员为主体的三方考核评价体系,运用模糊层次分析法计算各级指标的权重并对实习生做出定量的综合评价,为地方其高师院校的教育实践环节改革提供参考意见。
Based on "trinity of University-Student-School (USS) talent training mode" and guided by the needs of local teachersfor basic education, selecting some interns, instructors from the universities and practice base as the research subject, three aspectsassessment and evaluation systems, including the instructors from outside and inside colleges and members form intern group are constructed. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the indexes at all levels and to makea quantitative comprehensiveevaluation of the interns, which providesa reference for the reform of the educational practice for local teachers from universities.
