大学生党员志愿者在志愿服务中的道德成长经验研究

采用常识心理学研究及现象学的研究方法,整合横断研究和追踪研究设计,考察志愿者的参与动机,以及他们在持续志愿服务中的道德成长经验。调查结果显示:党员志愿者参与志愿服务的类型多样、动机单纯,道德获得感如"关爱的、公正的、友好的、慷慨的、勤劳的、诚实的、善良的"明显。但志愿服务存在经验不足、功利性、缺乏社会化认同等问题。志愿服务组织要从创新载体、开拓思路、规范制度、强化宣传等方面,不断加强志愿者服务长效机制建设,促进志愿者道德成长。

Using the methods of Commonsense Psychology and Phenomenology, this paper integrates cross-sectional research andtracking research design to examine the participation motivation of two different types of volunteers and discuss their experience ofmoral growth in the process of continuous volunteer service. The results show that Party members in volunteer service had variabletypes and simple motives. The sense of moral obtainment is evident such as caring, judicial, friendly, generous, hardworking, honestand kind. However, there are also some problems in voluntary service, such as inexperience, utilitarianism and lack of social identity.Voluntary service organizations should strengthen the construction of long-term mechanism of volunteer service from the aspects of innovation carrier, development idea, standard system and strengthening publicity so as to promote the moral growth of volunteers.
