新疆籍少数民族大学生思想政治教育管理体系探究——以广东L大学为例

为了维护民族地区的稳定,经济的发展和国家长治久安,培养一批高思想政治素质的少数民族人才显得至关重要。随着大量新疆籍民族学生进入各大高校学习,构建系统的思想政治教育管理体系,强化新疆籍少数民族学生教育管理是各大高校的当务之急。文章主要分析广东L大学新疆籍少数民族学生在思想教育和管理存在的问题,对如何构建民族学生思想政治教育管理体系提出一些建议和措施,意在加强学生思想政治教育,帮助他们树立正确的价值观和人生观。

It is very important to traina group of ethnic minorities with high ideological and political quality in order to safeguard the stability of ethnic regions, the development of economy and the long- term stability of the country. Asa large number ofXinjiang ethnic students entering the major universities, it is urgent for major universities to build the ideological and political education management system and strengthen the education management of Xinjiang ethnic minority students. This paper mainly analyzesthe problems existing in the ideological education and management of Xinjiang ethnic minority students inL University of Guangdong,putting forward some suggestions and measures on how to build the management system of ideological and political education for students so as to strengthen the ideological and political education of students and help them establish correct values and outlook onlife.
