基于归因论的言语交际研究

在日常交际过程中,我们不仅要准确、恰当地表达自己的思想,还要正确理解说话人的言语。语言使用的过程就是语言选择的过程,日常交际中语言选择无处不在,无时不在,而交际双方对言语的理解也是顺利进行交际的关键和前提。归因论是社会心理学的一个重要理论,强调人都有探索其行为根源的倾向。文章把归因论和言语交际结合起来,总结出人们在言语交际中做出语言选择以及进行言语理解的内部原因和外部原因,从而帮助人们更有效地交际。

In the process of communication, both speakers and listeners not only need to use language to express their thoughtsaccurately and properly, but also need to understand the meaning of the speakers correctly. The process of language use is the process of language selection which is existed everywhere and every moment in daily communication. Understanding is the key andpremise for successful communication. Attribution is an important theory of social psychology, emphasizing that people all have a tendency to explore the root causes of their behaviors. This paper combines attribution theory with speech communication, and summarizes the internal and external reasons why people make such language choices and understand speeches in such way, so as to helppeople communicate more effectively.
