自媒体时代高职院校突发事件的应急机制研究

自媒体时代由于传播主体去中心化、传播方式交互性强、传播速度及时快捷、传播内容可信度差等特点,对高职院校的传统思想观念、传统教育手段、突发事件应急处理机制以及高职院校教育教学工作者和高职院校大学生都有着重大冲击。高职院校需要不断改进完善预防与预警、应急处置、恢复与重建、信息发布等各突发事件应急处置机制环节以便构建和谐稳定的校园环境;高职院校教育教学工作者需要不断学习更新自己的思想意识、职业素质和专业技能以便能够妥善处理高校突发事件;高职院校大学生需要加强相关理论及实践的学习锻炼,从而能够在发生突发事件时从容应对、能够在发生突发事件后快速恢复健康心理以及理智对待网络舆论。
