摘要
为实现船舶交通管理(Vessel Traffic Service,VTS)系统对水域单元的全面覆盖和对重点水域的多重覆盖,更高效地监控航行船舶,借助LINGO(Linear Interactive and General Optimizer)语言建立VTS雷达站选址-配置双目标优化模型,实现总成本最小和水域单元被监测的稳定性最高的目标。运用LINGO程序求解模型,结果表明,模型能高效地实现对水域单元的全面覆盖和对因建筑物、岛屿等遮蔽而存在盲区的重点水域的多重覆盖。赋予目标不同的优先级,可得到不同的选址-配置方案。将LINGO程序运行20次,结果稳定,表明模型具有可行性。
In order to achieve full radar coverage of all interested water areas with radar coverage overlapping in critical water areas a dual objective optimization model is established with LINGO( Linear Interactive and General Optimizer) to find the solution which ensures maximum radar coverage reliability of the water area with minimum costs. The model is solved by LINGO solver and the results show that the solution ensures well the full coverage of the required water area and necessary coverage overlapping of the critical water areas where land constructions or islands,etc. may obstructs radar wave beam.The response of the model to changes of water area priority setting is checked. 20 runs of the calculation gave consistent results,proving the reliability of the model.
