Optimization of Spreader Path for Container Yard Crane

摘要 为改善集装箱场桥传统门字路径作业的效率及能耗,提出根据码头运营操作调度指令、小车载激光扫描定位等信息等信息使吊具沿优化路径作业的控制方案。通过具体设计、仿真分析和现场试验,初步验证该方案的可行性、有效性和局限性,为进一步改善作业效能、开展后续研究指明改进方向。 In order to improve the efficiency and energy consumption of traditonal gate path operation for container yard crane,a control scheme is put forward according to the information such as terminal operating system scheduling instructions,trolley mounted laser scanning location,etc.,and let the spreader operate along the optimal route. The feasibility,validity and limitation are verified preliminarily by the detailed design,simulation test and field test. It also points out the direction for further improvement of operational efficiency energy and subsequent research tasks.
