摘要
从地理特征出发,运用地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)和航线运行数据分析北极航线的时空格局及适航船舶。研究结果表明:在时空格局上,北极航线的距离比传统航线缩短20%~30%,船舶航行时间比传统航线缩短10~15 d。在适航船舶上,北极航线可通行4万吨级杂货船、5万吨级油船和集装箱船及7万吨级散货船;在地缘价值上,将开通新的中欧贸易通道,有利于提高我国海上运输的安全性。该研究可为论证中欧北极航线的开辟及建设21世纪海上丝绸之路提供参考。
The spatio-temporal pattern of Arctic routes and seaworthy ship are analyzed with GIS and shipping route operation data. The study shows that from the view of the spatio-temporal pattern,the distance via Arctic routes is 20% ~ 30%shorter than the royal shipping route and the voyage time is 10 ~ 15 days shorter. As for the seaworthy ship,all of 40 000 tonnage general cargo vessel,50 000 tonnage tanker and container ship,and 70 000 tonnage bulk cargo vessel can shipping on Arctic routes. In terms of geographic value,the new China-EU channel opening is beneficial to the safety of maritime transportation of China. This study is to contribute to planning of China-EU Arctic routes and therefore,to the construction of the maritime Silk Road in 21 Century.
