摘要
以147 000 m^3液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)运输船为研究对象,根据能量梯级利用原理,将LNG冷能应用于朗肯循环发电、船舶海水淡化、船舶低温冷库、船舶高温冷库、船舶空调和制氮等领域中,设计出一套LNG冷能综合利用系统。采用Aspen HYSYS软件进行系统模拟,经过分析和计算,论证系统设计方案的可行性。依据母型船的航线和冷能利用系统的运行工况,计算出各月份LNG冷能利用系统节约的电量和直接经济效益,全年可节约电量1.886×10~6kW·h,产生效益400余万元,经济效益显著。
According to the principle of energy cascade utilization,a comprehensive LNG( Liquefied Natural Gas) cold energy utilization system is designed for a 14 7000 m^3 LNG carrier to use LNG cold energy for Rankine cycle power generation,seawater desalination,the cold storage,the low temperature cold storage,air-conditioning and nitrogen production.The system simulation is carried out with the software " Aspen HYSYS" and the feasibility of the system design scheme is demonstrated. The electricity saving is estimated 1. 886 × 10~6 kW· h( more than 4 000 000 RMB correspondingly) per year by introduction of the system into the LNG carrier in normal operation.
