摘要
网荷终端通过电压电流信号实现用户厂内多条线路的负荷采集,现场实施中发现了终端采集负荷线路功率错误这一缺陷的普遍存在,对主站精准采集负荷和实现精准控制带来了严重影响。针对引起负荷采集不准确的常见现象,分析了设备缺陷和施工缺陷方面的原因;根据不同接入方式下的有效值、相序相位和极性等各种缺陷,详细分析了不同缺陷引起的功率采集误差。基于现场处理的常规方案,提出了可配置的终端处理方案,并完成了现场实施。结果表明,该方案可以有效减少运维工作量、降低作业风险、提高消缺处理效率,具有较好的实用性。
The grid load terminal is designed for load acquisition of multiple lines by voltage and current signal. In field application, power errors in load acquisition are quite common, which brings serious influence on precise load acquisition and precise control of master station. Based on influencing factors of imprecise load acquisition, the paper analyzes equipment defects and construction defects; according to the failures of effective value, phase sequence, phase and polarity, the paper analyzes power acquisition errors due to different defects. Based on conventional scheme of filed treatment, the paper proposes a novel configurable scheme and accomplishes field implementation. It is proved that the scheme can reduce operation and maintenance load, lower operation risks, improve defect elimination efficiency, and is quite practical.
