摘要 提出了基于人工免疫优化神经网络的输变电工程造价评估模型,该模型以输变电工程造价影响因素为输入变量,造价评估值为输出值,利用人工神经网络在小样本学习领域的优越性,结合人工免疫全局参数优化算法,实现稳定有效的输变电工程造价评估,用以对工程造价管理进行指导。 In this paper, a cost evaluation model of transmission and transformation project based on artificial immune optimization neural network is proposed. In this model, the factors affecting the cost of transmission and transformation projects are taken as input variables and the evaluation value of cost is taken as the output value. Based on the superiority of artificial neural network in the field of small sample learning and the artificial immune global parameter optimization algorithm, stable and effective cost evaluation of power transmission and transformation project is realized to guide the project cost management.
