摘要
在对海外电力市场的开拓过程中,依据当地煤质来进行锅炉的选型和设计是关键研究方向之一。以越南无烟煤为研究对象,通过热重试验分析得出其着火温度点、燃尽温度及表观活化能,根据分析结果提出:越南无烟煤比中国阳泉无烟煤还难以着火和燃尽,该特性需在锅炉设计时加以考虑。此外,对燃用越南无烟煤的越南某600 MW"W"形火焰锅炉进行NO_X排放测试,得出其在额定负荷工况下和在75%负荷下的炉膛出口平均NO_X排放浓度。
During the oversea electricity market development, boiler selection and design according to the local coal quality is a key research direction. In this paper, the Vietnam anthracite coal is investigated. Through thermogravimetric analysis, ignition temperature, burnout temperature and apparent activation energy of the coal are summarized. According to the analysis a conclusion is drawn that the Vietnam anthracite coal, compared with Yangquan anthracite coal, shows more difficulty in ignition and burnout, which must be taken into consideration during boiler design. In addition, NO_X test on a Vietnam 600 MW W-shaped flame boiler adopting Vietnam anthracite coal is conducted, and the average NO_X emission concentration in the furnace outlet at the rated operating load and at 75% load is concluded.
