摘要
通过冶金焦炭在高炉内不同区域行为的深入探析,阐述了对冶金焦炭热态性能新的认识和思考,指出了目前反应性和反应后强度检测方法对高炉模拟性的偏离。探讨更加合理的检测方法,以稳定高炉的操作,合理管控焦炭质量。
By analyzing the reactivity of metallurgical coke in different areas of blast furnace, a new understanding is concluded on the thermal property of metallurgical coke. It indicates that the current measuring method for coke reactivity and CSR is not suitable for blast furnace simulation. A more reasonable measuring method is discussed to stabilize blast furnace operation and control the coke quality properly.
