摘要
分析原焦炉炉门顶压座刀边调整结构的设计缺陷,介绍了优化设计后刀边压盖顶压弹簧结构的特点,解决了螺塞与炉门顶压座螺纹焦油堵塞及高温锈死情况,使用户日常维修方便,降低维修成本,利于环境保护。
Design deficiency of adjusting structure for the existing side pressurizing spring for oven door knife edge is analyzed in this paper and an optimized knife edge cap spring structure is introduced. Tar jamming and rust occurred in screw plug and the screw thread can be avoided so that easy routine maintenance is possible at low cost and in an environment-friendly way.
