个体化健康教育在永久性结肠造口患者护理中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析个体化健康教育在永久性结肠造口患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月信阳职业技术学院附属医院收治的86例首次行手术治疗的永久性结肠造口患者,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组接受传统健康教育方式,观察组接受个体化健康教育方式,比较两组患者护理能力、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果观察组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、生活质量均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化健康教育可有效提升永久性结肠造口患者的护理能力及生活质量。
