针对锂电池BMS的验证方案

摘要 随着新能源电动车的推广和普及、带BMS管理系统的锂离子电池得到越来越多的应用,如何验证锂电池组BMS管理系统的有效性和可靠性是所有新能源车企所要解决的重点问题。鉴于目前在BMS的仿真测试中无法实现电源和负载功能的连续转换,与充放电系统的实际工况相差较大,本文结合锂电池在整车上的实际使用需求,给出一种全面验证BMS性能的可行性验证方案。 With the promotion and popularization of new energy electric vehicles and the increasing use of lithium-ion batteries with BMS management systems, how to verify the effectiveness and reliability of lithium battery BMS are the key problems to be solved by all new energy vehicle enterprises. In view of the fact that the continuous conversion of power and load functions cannot be realized in the simulation test of BMS, and the actual working condition of the charging and discharging system is quite different, this paper gives a comprehensive feasibility verification scheme for performance of BMS according to the actual use requirements of lithium batteries in the complete vehicle.
