摘要 针对载货汽车定置状态下驾驶室存在共振、主观舒适性差问题,对动力总成悬置系统进行优化设计;基于扭矩轴布置理论设计前悬结构、软垫安装角度,并以悬置软垫刚度值为自变量利用遗传算法进行计算,得到符合设计要求的最优解。试验数据表明:悬置系统优化设计方法行之有效,优化后驾驶室座椅共振现象明显减弱,悬置软垫隔振率平均提升30%,整车舒适性达到国内同等产品领先水平。 Resonance in the cab and poor subjective comfort are the main problems for idle state of a certain type truck, his necessary to optimize the design of powertrain mounting system. Based on theory of torque axis arrangement, front mount structure and installation angle of mounting rubbers were designed. Using the rubber stiffness as optimum variable and adopted genetic algorithm in optimal design, the optimal solution was gotten that meets the requirements. Comparing vibration experimental data, the optimization method of powertrain mounting system is valuable and creditable. Resonance phenomenon of cab seat after optimization has been remarkably weakened, meanwhile the average vibration isolation rate of mounting cushions has a increase of 30 percent. The NVH peffomance of optimized truck has roached the leading level at domestic equivalent products.
