摘要
以某柴油机飞轮加工为例,利用PROE软件设计了飞轮加工用组合夹具三维模型,计算加工过程中的夹紧力和切削力,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对加工过程中组合夹具元件和飞轮的受力和位移进行仿真分析,并将仿真结果与实际加工情况进行对比。结果表明:仿真趋势与实际加工尺寸变化趋势基本一致,说明该有限元仿真分析具有较强的参考价值,可为分析工件加工和夹具优化提供帮助。
A combination fixture's thine-dimensional model used for a diesel engine flywheel machining is designed. And the clamping force and the stress in machining are calculated. Then, the ABAQUS software, one of finite element analysis (FEA) software, is used to simulate the stress and the displacement of the combination fixture components and flywheel in machining. Finally, an actual processing experiment is carried out to compare with the simulation. It shows that the simulation results are similar to the experiment results. Therefore, the simulation has great reference value and can provide help for analyzing parts machining and fixtures' optimization.
