二冲程汽油机机外催化常见问题与解决措施

摘要 分析二冲程汽油机排放差的原因及机外催化带来的负面影响。提出解决排放差、对消音器侧过热及停机喷火放炮等的解决措施。研究表明:通过改进原始排放、适当增大消音器于消音器护罩之间的间隙、引风冷却、改进消音器的结构及磁电机的点火方式等使该技术难题得到有效解决。 This study analyzed the reasons for the poor emissions of two-stroke gasoline engines and the negative effects of off site catalysis. The measures to solve the problems such as poor emission, overheating on themuffler side and stopping firing and firing were put forward. The experimental research shows that the technical problem has been effectively solved by improving the original emission, increasing the clearance between the muffler, cooling the muffler, improving the structure of the muffler, and the ignition mode of the magneto.
