高危型HPV感染对宫颈病变患者炎性反应状态的影响观察

Observation on the Influence of High-risk HPV Infection for the Inflammatory Response State of Patients with Cervical Lesions

目的:观察与研究高危型HPV感染对宫颈病变患者炎性反应状态的影响。方法:选取2017年1-7月在本院就诊的高危型HPV感染宫颈病变患者90例为观察组,同时期无HPV感染患者90例为对照组。检测与比较两组血清炎性因子(PCT、TNF-α及CRP)表达情况,并比较观察组不同HPV分型及病毒载量患者的血清炎性因子表达情况。结果:观察组PCT、TNF-α及CRP表达均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同HPV分型者的PCT、TNF-α及CRP表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不同病毒载量者的PCT、TNF-α及CRP表达比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高危型HPV感染对宫颈病变患者炎性反应状态的影响较大,其中不同HPV病毒载量患者的表达差异明显,因此临床检测价值较高。

Objective：To observe and study the influence of high-risk HPV infection for the inflammatory response state of patients with cervical lesions.Method：A total of 90 patients with high-risk HPV infection and cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were selected as observation group,and 90 patients without HPV infection at the same time were selected as control group.Then the serum inflammatory factors expression situation（PCT,TNF-α,CRP） of two groups were detected and compared,and the serum inflammatory factors expression situation of observation group with different HPV types and virus loads were compared.Result：The expressions of PCT,TNF-α and CRP in observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The expression of PCT,TNF-α and CRP in different HPV types of observation group were compared,the differences were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The expression of PCT,TNF-α and CRP in different virus loads of observation group were compared,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of high-risk HPV infection for the serum inflammatory factors expression of patients with cervical lesions are great,and the expression＇s differences of patients with different HPV virus loads are obvious,so their clinical detection value are higher.
