降低阴道分娩预见性护理的产后出血护理措施及对产妇QOL评分的影响

Nursing Measures of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Reducing Predictive Nursing of Vaginal Delivery and Its Influence on the QOL Score of Parturient

目的:探讨降低阴道分娩预见性护理的产后出血护理措施及对产妇生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法:选取2016年8月-2017年8月本院收治的阴道分娩产妇44例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组22例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用预见性护理。比较两组不同时刻产后出血情况、新生儿Apgar评分及QOL评分。结果:护理后,研究组产后2、24 h的出血量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿Apgar评分正常、轻度窒息情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇的QOL评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将预见性护理应用在阴道分娩产后出血的产妇身上,能有效减少产后的出血量,提高产妇的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To explore the nursing measures to reduce the postpartum hemorrhage of vaginal delivery foreseeable nursing and the effect on the QOL score of the parturients.Method：A total of 44 parturients with vaginal delivery in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the different nursing methods,22 parturients in each group.The control group was used routine nursing group,the study group was used predictive nursing.The postpartum hemorrhage at different times,neonatal Apgar score and QOL score were compared between the two groups.Result：After nursing,the amount of blood loss in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 2 h and 24 h postpartum（P〈0.05）.The normal and the mild asphyxia in Apgar score of neonates in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The QOL score in study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of predictive nursing in parturients with postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the quality of life of the pregnant women,which is worthy of clinical application.
