摘要
文章主要研究了光卤石盐池水采矿中细颗粒矿物的化学组成及综合回收利用方式。通过分级设备溢流液集中排放,母液在回卤盐池"S"型走水,梯形多级沉淀,细颗粒全部沉淀,清液排放至盐田对卤晒矿,再以旱采形式采收进系统,配钾盐镁矾型矿和光卤石分解料浆作为生产硫酸钾肥料和硫酸钾镁肥料的原料。
In this paper, the chemical composition and comprehensive recovery of fine grained minerals in water mining of carnallite salt pond were studied. Through the centralized discharge of overflow liquid from the grading equipment, the mother liquor travels in the "S" type of brine salt pond, forming the trapezoid multi-stage precipitation, and the fine particles all precipitate.The clear liquid is discharged to the brine sunning ore in the salt field, and then the system is collected in the form of dry mining. The potassium magnesium alum ore and carnallite decomposition slurry are used as raw materials for the production of potassium sulfate fertilizer and potassium magnesium sulfate fertilizer.
