含镁废水60℃定温沸腾蒸发浓缩试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验发现废液沸腾蒸发过程(卤水沸点为60℃)盐类析出规律,蒸发过程卤水组成变化规律、硫酸钙析出规律,一水硫酸镁析出点和硫酸镁硫酸钠复盐析出点的卤水组成、比重、沸点升等物性参数,并考察在此过程中如何有效去除硫酸钙,减少硫酸钙对蒸发设备形成结垢的影响,提升蒸发设备有效能力,降低生产成本。 The article is study on the crystallization order from the explosive evaporation of waste solution, the change regulation of brine composition during evaporation process, precipitation regularity of CaSO 4, separating dot of MgSO 4·H 2O and brine composition, specific gravity and boiling point of separating dot of Na 2SO 4·MgSO 4. And study how to remove CaSO 4, reduce the effect of the scaling of CaSO 4 in evaporation equipment and improve the effective capacity of evaporation equipment during the process.
