摘要
根据丹参中丹参酮类化学成分含量测定方法研究成果,介绍高效液相色谱、反相色谱、超高效液相色谱、超高效液相色谱-质谱联、声光可调近红外光谱等测定方法的研究进展,为进一步开展丹参相关研究提供参考。
According to the determination method of tanshinone class chemical component content in salvia miltiorrhiza research, this paper introduced the research progress on determination methods such as high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), reversed phase chromatography(HPLC), ultra high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), ultra-high performance liquid chromatographymass spectrometry(HPLC) and acoustooptic tunable near-infrared spectroscopy, in order to provide reference for carrying out future correlation study of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
