摘要
根据不同加工处理方式对铁棍山药品质影响的研究成果,综述保鲜方式、干燥方法、贮藏方法、激光辐照等不同处理方式,对铁棍山药色泽、营养物质含量、细胞结构的影响,为进一步开展铁棍山药保鲜研究提供参考。
According tothe research on the influence of different processing methods on quality of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun,this articlesummarized the influence of different processing methods such as preservation mode, dry method, storage method and laser irradiation on color and lustre, nutrient content and cell structure of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun, in order to provide reference for carrying out further study of preservating Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun.
