温针电针综合治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Arthritis with Thermoacupuncture and Electroacupuncture

目的观察温针电针综合治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将70例符合纳入标准的膝骨关节炎的患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组予温针电针综合治疗仪进行治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗,治疗1个月,隔日1次,共15次,采用Womac膝骨关节炎指数作为临床观察指标,对比两组临床症状体征的改善情况。结果治疗1个月后,两组Womac各组内的疼痛、僵硬、日常活动及综合组评分治疗后均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),组间评分实验组较对照组除了僵硬组无显著差别(P>0.05),其余组评分均较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论温针电针治疗能明显降低膝骨关节炎Womac指数,有效改善膝骨关节炎症状体征。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warmed acupuncture and electric acupuncture inregrated therapy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given acupuncture acupuncture therapy instrument for treatment, the control group was treated with common acupuncture treatment, treatment for 1 months, every other day for 1 times, a total of 15 times, the Womac knee osteoarthritis index as indicators of clinical observation, the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups. Result 1 months after treatment, two groups of Womac groups in pain, stiffness, daily activities and comprehensive score of group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05） group, the score of the experimental group than the control group but had no significant difference（P〉0.05）, the other group of rigid group scores were compared with the control group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warmed and electric acupuncture therapy can significantly reduce knee osteoarthritis Womac index, effectively improve the symptoms and signs of knee osteoarthritis.
