腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术的临床疗效对比

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy between Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Open Surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术的临床疗效差异。方法本次研究对象共98例均是本院2013年9月至2017年8月所接收的子宫肌瘤患者随机的分为观察组、对照组,对照组患者接受的是开腹手术,观察组患者接受的是腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、手术所耗时间、拆线时间、术后住院时间均显著低于对照组,在此方面,两组之间具有显著差异(P<0.05),在术后并发症的发生方面,观察组患者术后并发症的发生概率4.08%明显要低于对照组30.61%,有统计学差异即P<0.05。结论对于子宫肌瘤患者来说,虽然单采用传统的开腹手术这一治疗方法也能对疾病进行治疗,但是传统开腹手术对患者造成的伤害较大,术中出血量较大,术后并发其他症状的概率也比较大。而将腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术应用在该疾病的治疗上则可以有效治疗患者疾病,还能减少患者术中出血量,加快患者术后的恢复时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy and open surgery. Methods A total of 98 cases of patients withuterine fibroids received from September 2013 to August 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The controlgroup received open surgery, and the observation group received laparoscopic myomectomy. Results The observation group of patients with intraoperativebleeding volume, operation time, clearing time, postoperative hospitalization time were significantly lower than the control group, in this regard, withsignificant differences between the two groups （P 〈0.05）, the postoperative complications, the incidence of postoperative complications of 4.08% patients inthe observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 30.61%, there were significant differences in P 〈0.05. Conclusion For patientswith uterine fibroids, while the one using the traditional open surgery in the treatment can be carried out for the treatment of the disease, but the traditionalopen surgery for patients with injuries caused by the large amount of bleeding, postoperative symptoms and other risk is relatively large. The application oflaparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of this disease can effectively treat patients with diseases, but also reduce the amount of bleeding in patients, andaccelerate the recovery time of patients after surgery.
