HIS系统中药品效期预警模块在药品日常管理工作中的创新性应用

The Innovative Application of Expiration Forewarning Module in the Management of Pharmaceuticals

目的推广药品效期预警模块在医院药房中的应用,实现医药资源在各药房间的优化配置。方法以药品效期预警模块实施前后1年的药品效期管理相关指标为对照组和实验组,对两种效期管理模式进行比较。结果实验组相关指标如报废品种数、报废金额、投诉量等方面明显优于对照组,两组指标数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验组相比较对照组在减少医药资源浪费、减轻药学人员工作量等发面更具优势。

Objective Through the use of expiration forewarning module in pharmacy to achieve the optimal allocation of medical resources in hospital. Methods After application of expiration warning module for a year, the related index of drug management was compared with the index before using for a year. Results The related index of experimental group such as the number of scrap drug, scrap cost, complaints of patients and so on,is better than the control group. Difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The experimental group had an advantage over the control group in reducing waste of medical resources and lessening lighten the workload of pharmacists.
