摘要
目的探讨小儿腹部微凸阵探头在锁骨下动脉(subclavian artery,SA)盗血综合征(subclavian steal syndrome,SSS)超声诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院临床诊断或推断的45例SSS病例的SA及椎动脉(vertebral artery,VA)起始段应用高频线阵探头及小儿腹部微凸阵探头对比检查,并与颈动脉DSA及CTA等检查对照。结果 45例SSS病例中,高频线阵超声清晰显示SA及VA起始段病变并狭窄者5例(占11.1%),小儿腹部微凸阵超声清晰显示SA及VA起始段各类病变致局部管腔不同程度狭窄者39例(占86.7%)。结论小儿腹部微凸阵探头能显著提高SA及VA起始段的显示率,在SSS的直接诊断中具有重要临床价值。
Objective To explore pediatric abdomen convex array probe in subclavian steal syndrome(SSS) in ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods Check the subclavian artery(SA) and vertebral artery(VA) initial segment with high-frequency linear array probe and abdominal micro convex array probe comparison of 45 SSS cases in our hospital clinical diagnosis or inferred the subclavian, and carotid artery DSA and CTA check. Results 45 cases of SSS cases, high frequency linear array ultrasound clearly showed the initial segment of SA and VA stenosis and 5 cases(11.1%), pediatric abdominal convexarray ultrasound clearly showed 39 cases of local lumen caused by SA and VA origin of various lesions in different degrees the stenosis(86.7%). Conclusion Pediatric abdominal micro convex array probe can significantly improve the display rate of SA and VA, has important clinical value in the diagnosis of SSS in direct.
