摘要
目的探讨微创经皮钢板固定术联合锁定钢板治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2016年12月)收治的102例胫腓骨骨折患者为研究对象,将本组患者根据治疗方法差异分为两组,观察组51例患者给予MIPPO联合LCP治疗,对照组51例患者给予传统的切开复位内固定手术治疗,对比两组患者手术相关指标和骨折愈合时间以及骨折愈合情况。结果观察组患者住院费用明显多于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显低于对照组,切口长度明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间稍大于对照组,但对比差异不显著,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者骨折愈合时间为(3.3±0.4)个月,对照组患者骨折愈合时间为(5.0±0.7)个月,观察组患者骨折愈合时间显著快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=15.0583,P<0.05)。观察组患者Johner-Wruhs评分优良率86.27%显著高于独自在70.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MIPPO联合LCP治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折效果满意,可减少住院时间,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with locking plate in the treatment of themiddle and lower segment fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods In our hospital (January 2015 ~2016 December) 102 cases of the tibial fracture patients inour hospital as the research object, the patients were treated according to different methods are divided into two groups, 51 patients in observation groupwere given MIPPO combined with LCP treatment, control group of 51 patients treated with open reduction and internal fixation of the traditional indexcomparison of two groups of patients with operation and healing time of fracture and fracture healing. Results The observation group hospitalization costssignificantly more than the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group, the amount of bleeding was significantly lower than thecontrol group, the incision length was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05); the operation time ofobservation group is slightly higher than the control group, but no significant difference, not statistically meaning (P 〉0.05). The fracture healing time in theobservation group was (3.3±0.4) months, and the healing time in the control group was (5±0.7) months. The fracture healing time in the observation groupwas significantly faster than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t =15.0583, P 〈0.05). The good rate of Johner-Wruhs score ofthe observation group was 86.27% significantly higher than that of alone in 70.59%, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Theeffect of MIPPO combined with LCP in the treatment of fracture of the middle and lower middle tibia and fibula is satisfactory. It can reduce the time ofhospitalization and promote the recovery of the patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
