全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科患者术后短期认知功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科患者术后短期认知功能的影响。方法在我院进行骨科手术的患者47例,实验组24例采用全身麻醉,对照组23例采用硬膜外麻醉。结果实验组拔管后各个时间段MMSE评分情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结论老年骨科手术患者采用全身麻醉对患者术后短期认知功能的影响更小。
