Objective To study the effect of thermal insulation on the body temperature and blood coagulation function during gynecological surgery, so as to provide theoretical guidance for clinical application. Methods Each of the two groups of patients in 50 cases, the control group was treated with conventional surgery, patients in the experimental group after entering the operation room of insulation blanket insulation, the end of the recording patients at each time point temperature and operation temperature, determination of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) patients. Results There was no significant difference in body temperature has just entered the operation room two group(P〈0.05), at the beginning of operation, the end of the 30 minutes and during the operation of the experimental group were still temperature stable, while the control group appeared more low temperature cases, two showed a significant difference(P〈0.05). In the control group, APTT was(30.3±1.6),(31.7±1.9) before and after operation, and APTT in the experimental group was(31.7±1.2),(37.6±2.5). There was no significant difference in blood coagulation level between the two groups before operation, but there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative warming can reduce the occurrence of hypothermia in patients undergoing gynecological surgery, and maintain the normal body temperature and blood coagulation function.
