摘要
目的考察山茶油对水浸束缚和冰乙酸刺激导致的大鼠胃溃疡的防治作用,以及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(DMA)含量的影响。方法 8周龄雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:模型组,奥美拉唑组(4 mg/kg),和山茶油低、中、高剂量组(0.5、1、1.5m L/kg)。通过水浸束缚法和冰乙酸法建立两种大鼠胃溃疡模型,用胃溃疡指数或溃疡面积评估山茶油对胃溃疡的防治效果,同时测量血清MDA含量和SOD活性。结果每日灌胃1.0、1.5 m L/kg的山茶油可以显著预防水浸束缚导致的应激性胃溃疡(P<0.05),并显著促进乙酸致大鼠胃溃疡的愈合(P<0.05),其中1.5 m L/kg山茶油的疗效与4 mg/kg奥美拉唑的疗效接近。同时山茶油可以显著降低胃溃疡大鼠的血清MDA含量(P<0.001),提高SOD活性(P<0.01)。结论山茶油对应激性胃溃疡和乙酸导致的胃溃疡均具有明显的预防和治疗作用,其治疗效果可能与改善动物体内的氧化应激有关。
Objective To assess the preventive and therapeutic effects of camellia oil on gastric ulcer. Methods Eight-week-old male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: model group, omeprazole group(4 mg/kg), and low, medium, and high doses of Camellia oil(0.5, 1, 1.5 mL/kg). Two kinds of rat gastric ulcer models were established by water immersion restriction and direct acetic acid damage. Ulcer index and ulcer area were used to evaluate the effectiveness of camellia oil on gastric ulcer. SerumLevels of malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase activity were measured by specific kits. Results Daily gavage of 1, 1.5 mL/kg of camellia oil significantly prevented stress-induced gastric ulcer(P〈0.05), and remarkably promoted the healing of acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer in rats(P〈0.05).The pharmacological efficacy of 1.5 mL/kg of camellia oil was close to 4 mg/kg of omeprazole. Treatment with camellia oil significantly reduced the serumLevel of malondialdehyde(P〈0.001) and increased the activity of superoxide dismutase(P〈0.01).ConclusionCamellia oil is adequate to prevent and cure stress-and acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer, and its therapeutic effect may be related to the improvement of oxidative stress in animals.
