直肠癌患者围手术期优质护理干预的临床应用

Clinical Application of Perioperative Quality Nursing Intervention in Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的探讨对直肠癌围手术期患者应用优质护理干预的临床效果。方法取自2015年1月至2017年1月大连大学新华医院手术室接受直肠癌手术的围手术期患者60例,随机分为对照组30例,采用常规护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上采用优质护理干预的护理方法,观察两组患者的排气时间及患者护理满意度。结果试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预围手术期直肠癌患者,可以促进患者的排气时间,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention on patients with rectal cancer during perioperative period. MethodsFrom January 2015 to January 2017 in operation room, Xinhua Hospital of Dalian University accept surgery for rectal cancer in 60 patients, randomly divided into control group 30 cases, using conventional methods of nursing, 30 cases of test group and nursing methods of using high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, to observe the exhaust time and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention in perioperative patients with rectal cancer, can promote the exhaust time of patients, improve patient satisfaction with care, it is worthy of popularization and application.
