The first human cadaveric head transplantation in the world has been completed in China. The sur- gery did not make China to win the praise of the academic community, but triggered global scientific doubts and ethical concerns to this surgery. Taking this surgery as an example, this paper analyzed from the perspective of in- formed consent and resource allocation, and obtained the conclusion that eadaverie research cannot get ethical de- fense. Aiming at the possible human living experiments, this paper analyzed and demonstrated from four dimensions of risk benefit analysis, autonomy, distribution justice and identity and cleared that canting out living experiments cannot gain ethical defense at present, and ethical review committee should not approve such studies.
