Trust:Simplification of the Complexity of Doctor-patient Relationship

信任是一种被赋予的期待。医患之间复杂性的简化需要信任的出场,以医学系统与医患系统之间的关系作为切入点,深入剖析建立在熟悉基础之上的信任是如何通过内在化、学习以及符号控制这三种路径来简化医患之间的复杂性,从而指出信任并不意味着医患关系复杂性的消除,但通过建立医生与患者之间的双向信任来降低医患冲突的发生概率不啻为一种有效的解决方案。

Trust is an endowed expectation. The simplification of the complexity between doctors and patients requires the appearance of trust. Taking the relationship between medical system and doctor - patient system as a point of entry, this paper deeply analyzed how trust, between doctors and patients through internalization, which was based on the familiarity, simplified the complexity learning and symbol control. Thereby it pointed out that trust did not mean the elimination of the complexity of doctor - patient relationship, but reducing the probability of docto r- patient conflict through establishing two -way trust between doctors and patients is an effective solution .
