医患信任:基于信任体系的思考

Doctor-patient Trust:Thinking Based on the Trust System

基于当前医患信任缺失的现状,以信任为核心,梳理人际信任、体系信任、医患信任的相关理论。同时,通过检索文献,介绍信任体系的研究现状,分析不同信任程度社会下信任体系之间的关联性。最后,提出我国医患信任危机的解决对策:改善低度信任社会的社会危机,改善社会医疗体制,正视医学技术的局限性和加强对患者的教育。

Based on the current situation of lack of trust between doctors and patients, this paper took trust as the core, teased relevant theories of interpersonal trust, system trust and doctor - patient trust. At the same time, through the retrieval of literature, this paper introduced the CUlTent research status of trust system and analyzed the correlations between trust systems in different trust level. Finally, this paper put forward the countermeasures for solving the crisis of doctor - patient trust in proving the social medical system, facing the limitations of improving the social crisis in the low trust society, immedical technology and strengthening the education to patients.
