暴力伤医事件视角下医学生对医患关系的认识研究

Study on Medical Students' Understanding to the Doctor-patient Relationship from the Perspective of Medical Violent Injury Event

目的探讨暴力伤医视角下医学生对医患关系的认识情况。方法采用问卷调查对包头医学院、内蒙古科技大学的600名各年级医学生进行调查。结果医学生对暴力伤医事件的总体认识是"严重";医学生认为暴力伤医事件产生的主要原因是"医患沟通存在问题""医生的服务意识或服务态度存在问题""现行的医疗体制问题";医学生获取暴力伤医事件的途径主要是"媒体报道""社会传闻""课堂教学或带教老师的讲述";医学生对减少暴力伤医事件的措施认识主要是"改善医患沟通方式""改善医务人员的服务意识和服务态度""加强对患者和家属医疗知识的普及教育"。结论引导学生理性认识暴力伤医事件,将"以人为本"的医学人文关怀理念贯穿在医学教育的整个过程中,提高医学教育工作者的整体素质,引导医学生建立正确的职业观和医患观,坚定从事医疗卫生事业的决心。

Objective ： To discuss medical students＇ understanding to doctor - patient relationship from the per- spective of medical violent injury. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 medical students from Baotou Medical College and Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology. Results： The medical students＇ general understanding of medical violent injury events was ＂serious＂ ; medical students believed that the main causes of medical violent injury events were＂ problems existing in communication between doctors and pa- tients＂ ,＂doctors had problems in service awareness or service attitude＂ and ＂current medical system problems＂ ; the main ways that medical students got medical violent injury events were the ＂media report social news class- room teaching or teacher＇ s talk＂ ; the main understandings of medical students to reducing medical violent injury e- vents were ＂improving the communication methods between doctor and patient improving medical staff＂ s service consciousness and service attitude ＂ and ＂ strengthening the universal education of medical knowledge to patients and their families＂. Conclusion ： It should guide students to understand medical violent injury events in a rational manner, apply the concept of medical humanistic care with ＂people - oriented＂ throughout the entire process of medical education, improve the overall quality of medical educators, guide the medical students to establish correct professional view and medical concept, and firm the determination to engage in medical and health undertakings.
