在护理专业药理学教学中融入人文关怀的思考

Reflection on Integrating Humanistic Care into Pharmacology Teaching of Nursing

人文关怀教育对于提高护理专业学生关怀能力至关重要,在药理学教学中融入人文关怀对于护理专业学生深层理解人文关怀,提高护理质量具有重要的意义。然而在护理专业药理学教学过程中,却存在只注重知识灌输并不重视人文关怀的问题,如护理专业药理学教学并未与其他专业区别对待;教学理念滞后,与临床脱轨;缺乏人文关怀药理学考试内容,只注重理论知识的考核,没有结合临床实际案例等。因此,针对护理专业药理学教学中人文关怀问题需要从以下几方面入手解决:在教学工作中注意将其与其他专业有所区分,药理学教学中应注意护理专业的特殊性;转变教学理念,紧密结合临床案例,融入人文关怀;教师应言传身教,在教学过程中融入人文关怀;改革考核模式,加入人文关怀相关内容等。

Humanistic care education is of vital importance to improve care ability of nursing school cadets. In- tegrating humanistic care into phamlacology teaching is of great significance for nursing school cadets to have a thor- oughly understanding of humanistic care and improve the quality of nursing. However, in the pharmacology teach- ing process of nursing, there is a problem that only pays attention to instilling knowledge and does not pay attention to humanistic care. For example, pharmacology teaching of nursing is not treated dift）rently from other majors; teaching philosophy is lagging behind and derailed clinically ; and lack of the examination contents about humanistic care pharmacology, only focusing on the assessment of theoretical knowledge and do not combining clinical actual cases. Therefore, the strategy of humanistic care in pharmacology teaching of nursing needs to start from the follow- ing aspects： distinguishing it from other professions in the teaching work and paying attention to the particularity of nursing specialty in the phamlacology teaching ; changing the teaching concept, combining with clinical cases close- ly and integrating humanistic care; teachers should teach process; reforming the assessment mode and adding relev by ant example and integrate humanistic care in the teaching contents of humanistic care .
