西安市医院护理礼仪现状及护理礼仪教学需求调查——一项基于护士长的质性研究

Survey of Nursing Etiquette Current Status and Nursing Etiquette Teaching Needs in Xi'an Hospitals:A Qualitative Study Based on the Head-nurses

目的调查西安市医院护理礼仪现状及对护理礼仪教学的需求,为护理学院开展礼仪课程教学提供依据。方法采用质性研究方法,针对医院护理礼仪现状及对护理礼仪教学需求的问题对18位护士长进行深度访谈,并分析文本。结果护理礼仪现状及护士长对护理礼仪教学的认知与需求体现在以下5个方面:(1)当前临床工作中护士的礼仪表现缺失;(2)医学院及医院护理礼仪教育缺失;(3)不同科室护士长对礼仪教学的需求不同;(4)护士长对礼仪的理解仅限于形式层面,思想认识不够深入;(5)极少数护士长对护理礼仪教学有明确计划。结论当前医院的护理礼仪表现相对不完善,医院和学校的护理礼仪教学不足,护士长对礼仪教学有较多需求,护理学院的礼仪教学有较大空间。

Objective： To investigate the current situation of nursing etiquette and nursing etiquette teaching needs in Xi＇an hospitals, in order to provide basis for carrying out etiquette teaching in nursing colleges. Meth- ods ： Adopting qualitative research method, the in - depth interview was conducted among eighteen head - nurses aiming at the problems on the nursing etiquette status and nursing etiquette teaching needs in hospital, and then the interview texts were analyzed. Results ： The present situation of nursing etiquette, and the cognition and demand of the head - nurses to nursing etiquette teaching were reflected in the following five aspects. Firstly, nurses＇ eti- quette performance was absent in the clinical work currently. Secondly, nursing etiquette education in medical schools and hospitals was lacking. Thirdly, head -nurses in different departments had different needs for etiquette teaching. Fourthly, the head nurses＇ understanding of etiquette was limited to the fore1 level and the ideological understanding was not deep enough. Fifthly, very few head - nurses had definite plans for nursing etiquette teach- ing. Conclusion： At present, nursing etiquette performance of hospital is relatively imperfect, nursing etiquette teaching in hospitals and schools is insufficient, the head -nurses have more demands for etiquette teaching, and the etiquette teaching of nursing colleges has great space.
