文化自信视域下医学生人文素质培育

Cultivation of Humanistic Quality for Medical Students from the Perspective of Cultural Confidence

文化自信是文化主体对自身文化的充分认同。当前高校医学生人文素质培育要以文化自信为思想引导,通过中华优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化三个维度助推医学人文素质培育。具体而言,要以优秀传统文化中的仁爱精神坚守医学生的道德信仰,要以革命文化培育医学生的奉献意识,借助社会主义先进文化端正医学生的价值导向。

Cultural confidence is the full recognition of cultural subjects to their own culture. The current culti- vation of medical students＇ humanistic quality in colleges and universities should be guided by cultural confidence, and promote cultivation of medical humanistic quality through three dimensions of Chinese excellent traditional cul- ture, revolutionary culture and socialist advanced culture. In particular, it should take the spirit of benevolence in excellent traditional culture to adhere to medical students＇ moral belief, make use of revolutionary culture to culti- vate medical students＇ consciousness of dedication and correct value orientation of medical students with the help of advanced socialist culture .
