摘要
目的分析胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后早期肠内营养与肠外营养的临床效果。方法抽取我院于2012年2月至2016年9月期间收治的90例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者,依据随机数字表方法将其均分为观察组(肠内营养)和对照组(肠外营养),对比两种营养方法的效果。结果观察组和对照组患者术后体质量、前白蛋白、白蛋白以及淋巴细胞总数进行统计对比统计学意义形成,而患者肛门排气用时、排便用时以及住院用时进行统计对比,差异性存在。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后应选择肠内营养,进而提升其免疫能力。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition after gastrointestinal malignancy. Methods 90 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to September 2016 were divided into observation group(enteral nutrition) and control group(parenteral) according to the random number table method. Nutrition), compared the effect of two nutritional methods. Results The postoperative weight, prealbumin, albumin and lymphocyte count were statistically significant in the observation group and the control group, and the difference was statistically analyzed when the anal exhaust time, defecation and hospitalization were used. Conclusion Gastrointestinal malignant tumor should be selected after enteral nutrition, thereby enhancing its immune capacity.
