基层医院医用平车细菌污染状况的调查

Investigation of Primary Hospital Medical Flatcar Bacterial Contamination

目的了解医用平车细菌污染状况,为医院感染控制提供依据。方法对医院临床科室使用中的医用平车,依据《医疗机构消毒技术规范》(2012年),按消毒前(实验组)和消毒后(对照组)采集微生物样本进行培养,菌落计数。结果消毒前,所有医用平车污染严重,细菌污染率达100%,平均菌落数为97～957 cfu/cm^2,检出枯草芽孢杆菌、微球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌等,同时还检出大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌等条件致病菌;用佳润环保版消毒液擦拭消毒后,只检出少许细菌和真菌,致病菌未检出。结论医用平车细菌污染严重,应加强消毒管理工作,预防医院内交叉感染发生。

Objective To understand the medical flatcar bacterial contamination, provide the basis data for hospital infection control. Methods The application of flatcar in clinical departments of the hospital, which is based on ＂medical institutions disinfection technical specifications＂（2012）, the microbiological samles from before sterilization（control group） and disinfection（experimental group） and then culture, colonies were counted. Results Before disinfection, all medical flat car were series polluted, the rate of bacterial contamination was 100%, the average number of colonies was 97-957 cfu/cm^2, detected Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus, coagulase-negative staphylococci, etc., and also detected Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other opportunistic pathogens; after disinfecting by Kayoon environmental disinfectant wipe, just a little bacteria and fungi were found, bacteria were not detected. Conclusion Medical flatcar was serious bacterial contaminated, disinfection management should be strengthened to prevent cross-infection in hospitals.
