摘要
目的探讨疼痛与舒适护理联合应用于儿童卡介苗(BCG)接种护理中的效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月我市收治的BCG接种儿童440例,以随机数字表将其分为对照组与研究组,各220例。对照组采取常规接种护理措施,研究组在此基础上采取疼痛与舒适护理干预。结果研究组儿童接种的依从率为86.36%,高于对照组为73.64%(P<0.05)。研究组接种后不良反应发生率为1.82%,低于对照组5.45%(P<0.05)。结论疼痛与舒适护理在儿童BCG接种护理中具有显著的应用效果,适于临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of pain and comfort nursing combined with BCG vaccination in children. Methods A total of 440 children were enrolled in our hospital from January to February in 2016, and randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group received routine vaccination measures, the study group on this basis to take pain and comfort care intervention. Results The compliance rate of children in the study group was 86.36%, which was 73.64% higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.82% in the study group, 5.45% lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pain and comfort care have significant effect in children BCG vaccination and are suitable for clinical promotion.
