脑中风后遗症患者运用辨证施护的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Stroke-preserving Patients with Syndrome Differentiation Nursing

目的观察中医辨证施护在脑出血后遗症患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月东港市中医院就诊的脑出血后遗症患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用普通护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用辨证施护,观察患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(SSS)和患者满意度。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以降低SSS评分,提高患者住院满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing care in the nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequela. Methods 60 cases of patients with sequela from January 2016 to January 2017 the Donggang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method, 30 cases in the control group, the normal nursing methods, experimental group of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of using the dialectical nursing, observation of patients with clinical neurological impairment score（SSS） and the satisfaction of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce SSS score and improve patient satisfaction.
