腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of the Concept of Quick Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的82例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料,并随机将其分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上,应用快速康复外科理念进行护理,分析两组患者的临床护理效果。结果干预组患者的下床时间、排气时间、住院天数以及并发症发生情况优于对照组,干预组患者对护士服务满意度情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念的应用效果较好,减少了并发症的发生率,降低患者的痛苦,促进了患者的术后恢复,提高了患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in perioperative nursing. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The intervention group was based on the control group. Rehabilitation surgery concept of care, analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical care. Results The time of getting out of bed, the time of exhaust, the number of hospitalization and the occurrence of complications were better than those of the control group. The satisfaction rate of the patients in the intervention group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were effective, reducing the incidence of complications, reducing the pain of patients, promoting the postoperative recovery of patients and improving the life of patients Quality, worthy of clinical application.
