小剂量氟康唑预防新生儿重症监护室真菌感染的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的对小剂量氟康唑预防新生儿重症监护室真菌感染的效果。方法选取我院重症监护室真菌感染的患儿24例进行不同的抗菌治疗,其中对照组12例患儿通过常规抗菌治疗,观察组12例给予小剂量氟康唑预防治疗,比较两组患儿出现新生儿脓毒症的概率,真菌感染率及使用小剂量氟康唑治疗前后新生儿血小板计数。结果观察组患儿真菌感染率1例(8.33%),对照组患儿感染3例(25%),小剂量氟康唑预防重症监护室真菌感染较常规抗菌治疗效果好,治疗前感染的新生儿血小板普遍较治疗后低,两组患儿数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用小剂量氟康唑预防新生儿重症监护室真菌感染有很好的临床抑制效果,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective For a small dose of fluconazole prevention of neonatal intensive care unit of fungal infection. Methods Select our hospital intensive care unit 24 cases of fungal infections of children in different antimicrobial therapy, Including 12 cases in the control group of children by conventional antibiotic therapy, Observation group of 12 cases for the prevention and treatment of small dose of fluconazole, Compare two groups of children in the probability of Neonatal sepsis, fungal infection rate and the use of small dose of fluconazole neonatal platelet count before and after the treatment. ResultsObservation group with fungal infection rate was 1 case(8.33%), In the control group with infection 3 cases(25%), Small doses of fluconazole prevention icu fungal infection than conventional antibiotic therapy effect is better, Treatment of infection before the neonatal platelets is generally lower after treatment, Two groups of children with data statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Small doses of fluconazole prevention of neonatal intensive care unit fungal infection have good clinical effects, Is worth further clinical application.
