都梁软胶囊联合西比灵防治月经性偏头痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical Study on Duliang Soft Capsules in Combination with Sibelium for Prevention and Treatment of Menstrual Migrainem

目的探讨都梁软胶囊联合西比灵防治月经性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将68例月经性偏头痛患者随机分为2组,每组34例。治疗组予以都梁软胶囊加西比灵口服,对照组予以西比灵口服,连用3个月经周期。治疗结束后随访3个月,比较2组临床疗效、复发情况和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访疗程结束后3个月,治疗组复发率为27.78%,低于对照组58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较未明显增加不良反应。结论都梁软胶囊联合西比灵防治月经性偏头痛疗效肯定,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Duliang soft capsules in combination with Sibelium in the prevention and treatment of menstrual migrainem. Methods Patients with menstrual migrainem were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=34） and the control group（n=34）. The treatment group was treated with Duliang soft capsules combined with Sibelium, while the control group was treated with Sibelium.2 groups were treated for 3 months. The patients were followed up for 3 months, The clinical efficacy and safety were observed, and recurrence rate were compared. Results The total effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and was 76.47% in the control group, with significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups（P0.05）.3 months after the end of treatment, the recurrence rate was 27.78% in the treatment group and was 58.33% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse drug reaction were found. Conclusions The effect of Duliang soft capsules combined with Sibelium in treatment of menstrual migrainem is more visible. The therapy is worthy of clinical popularization.
