对行血液透析治疗尿毒症患者实施预见性护理的效果探讨

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients with Uremia

目的探讨分析预见性护理对尿毒症血液透析患者并发症及满意度的影响。方法随机选取我院72例尿毒症血液透析患者分为常规组与实验组各36例,常规组实施常规护理,实验组针对血液透析常见并发症实施预见性护理干预,比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果实验组并发症概率为8.33%,常规组为25.0%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度为88.89%,显著高于常规组72.22%(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者予以预见性护理干预,可有效预防并发症发生,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of foreseeable nursing on the complications and satisfaction of patients with uremia hemodialysis. Methods 72 cases of uremic hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group, 36 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing. The experimental group was given predictive nursing intervention for the common complications of hemodialysis, and the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate in the experimental group was 8.33%, which was 25% in the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 88.89%, which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group 72.22%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients with uremia can effectively prevent complications and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services, which is worthy of popularization and application.
